1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Manta Fire Limited.

By instructing Manta Fire Limited to carry out services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Manta Fire Limited provides professional fire safety consultancy services, including but not limited to:
· Fire Risk Assessments
· Low to Medium Risk DSEAR Assessments
· Fire Safety Consultancy
All services are supplied following acceptance of a quotation.
3. Quotations
All quotations are provided without obligation.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
4. Booking and Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rearranged without charge by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or the client is unavailable at the agreed appointment time, Manta Fire Limited reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £50 plus VAT.
5. Payment
No deposit is required.
Payment is due following completion of the site assessment and upon receipt of an invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within the payment terms stated on the invoice.
The completed Fire Risk Assessment or other assessment report will be released once payment has been received in full.
Manta Fire Limited reserves the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable UK legislation.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
· Provide accurate information relevant to the assessment.
· Ensure suitable access to all required areas.
· Inform Manta Fire Limited of any known hazards prior to attendance.
· Cooperate fully during the assessment process.
7. Reports
Reports are prepared using the information available at the time of inspection.
They represent Manta Fire Limited’s professional opinion based upon the conditions observed during the visit.
Reports must not be altered without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Manta Fire Limited will exercise reasonable skill and care in carrying out its services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manta Fire Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents, assessments and written advice remain the intellectual property of Manta Fire Limited until payment has been received in full.
They are supplied solely for the client’s own use and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
Information provided by clients will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where necessary to deliver the agreed services.
11. Website Use
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information published on this website, Manta Fire Limited accepts no liability for errors or omissions.
Website content may be updated without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
